Full Body Conditioning
1 hour Private & Semi-Private reformer instruction with certified Pilates instructors
Reformer Pilates is a full body-conditioning program comprised of a series of approximately 500 designed movements. Pilates improves strength, flexibility, balance, control, and muscular symmetry. The rhythmic exercises promote elongated and toned muscles, are noted for developing abdomen, lower back, and buttocks strength, and create a strong body core. Candace Laliberte
Candace is a Maine Native, certified in Yoga, Barre, Pilates, and Bounce. After gaining a bachelor's degree in Psychology, she completed a diagnostic medical ultrasound program in 2008. Soon thereafter, her movement studies began when she completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training.
During the pandemic, Candace sustained a shoulder injury due to the repetitive motions associated with her profession. After two surgeries and a plateau in rehabilitation, she began to find healing benefits with Pilates. Consistent Reformer classes resulted in gained mobility and strength.
She was encouraged and energized by her gains, improved range of motion, and significant reduction in pain. Her enthusiasm resulted in a continued pursuit of movement education and she became certified in Barre and Pilates.

Lauren Bath
Lauren is a Registered Dietitian with a Master's Degree in Nutrition, specializing in sports nutrition.
Lauren has been teaching group fitness for 10+ years and has been instructing Pilates since 2021.
Lauren found Pilates while working with a Physical Therapist for low back pain and was instantly hooked!
