Small Group Training

Classes are capped at 5 people and specifically programmed for the members of the group making this program great for those new to fitness or returning from injury or other interruptions. Classes meet twice a week and are 45 minutes to accommodate your busy schedule!

ForeverFit

An hour-long group fitness class for 55+.  Class size is capped at 8 individuals. We utilize a blend of movements like squatting, pulling, and pushing. No experience is required. This class is about having fun while staying active and all movements are tailored to each participant. There is an added focus on mobility and the class moves at a slightly slower pace than our small group training classes. 

Cost: $40/wk
